Concept by COAF is a contemporary boutique hotel that focuses your experience around the intersection of comfort and culture. It’s also the largest social enterprise in Armenia – this means staying in our hotel or organizing an event with us is a combination of luxury, comfort, culture, and philanthropy.

We opened in 2019 to provide warm hospitality and a serene experience to local and international travelers. The Concept complex includes the hotel’s Mountain and Valley buildings, an exceptional conference center housed in the latter, and our culinary haven – a restaurant that uses local ingredients and an innovative touch to elevate guests’ experiences to new heights.

Every penny our guests spend at Concept by COAF goes to funding the Children of Armenia Fund’s (COAF) SMART Center in Lori, one of the leading educational enterprises in Armenia aimed at empowering and uplifting rural youth and communities.
